Product Details

Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

Artist's Description

A paper placemat from a Chinese restaurant shows the twelve animals of the Chinese zodiac - but with an update. The dog has become "Toto", the dragon is "Puff", the boar is "Porky", the snake is "Eve's Friend", the rabbit is "Bugs", the horse is "Mr. Ed", the monkey is "Bonzo", the rat is "Rizzo", the tiger is "Tony", the ox is "Babe, the Blue", the sheep is "Lambchop", and the rooster is "Foghorn Leghorn". David Fong's restaurant is shown in the middle - it was one of the sites chosen for the Mapworks project depicting Bloomington, MN landmarks.

Holly Stone

Holly enjoys exploring a variety of painting media, including oils, acrylics, pen and ink, pastels and watercolor. She has encouraged and taught hundreds of students in styles spanning realism to Impressionism to abstract art. Her wide range of work includes ancient sacred traditions, realistic local landmarks, whimsical fairy tales, and detailed pen and ink with hidden imagery. Her recent 15 month stay in India, where she studied Thangka painting (sacred Tibetan scroll painting) brought together her love of Buddhism, Tibetan culture, and expression in the arts. This immersion in Tibetan and Indian traditions shows in her recent works based on sacred Buddhist and Hindu symbols and themes. Drawn to other traditional spiritual art she is...
